Syracuse, N.Y. — If you were scrolling through Facebook last winter, you were probably inundated with pictures of noodles with floating chopsticks, particularly if you are a member of our Where Syracuse Eats group. As soon as one person had snapped a photo of the instagrammable dish at Mr. Noodle and Ms. Dumpling, diners filled the restaurant.
Over the past few months, the hype and the crowds have died down so much that the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. Nonetheless, I was quickly impressed with the decor, featuring cherry blossom trees and a large screen with Asian scenery.
